We are looking for a self-driven and strategic Package Program Manager who can effectively work with internal and external stakeholders to drive packaging innovation and sustainable package development in JP Customer Packaging Experience (JP CPEX). JP CPEX’s mission is to delight customers by advancing packaging innovations that reduce waste, cost, and carbon emissions associated with Amazon packaging. For that purpose, we deliver a wide variety of programs, ranging from Zero Packaging (shipping orders without Amazon-added packaging) and Flex Packaging (expanding the use of light paper bag) to Package Optimization (optimizing dimensions and suites of packaging based on customer order sizes) and Sustainable Material Development (adopting more sustainable materials to reduce carbon intensity).
