Must Have

leadership and team management experience, Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, Excellent communication and customer service abilities, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills, Comfortable using operational systems and technology platforms, Flexible schedule availability, including occasional weekends or evenings if needed

Nice to Have

2+ years of management or supervisory experience, Experience in luxury residential, hospitality, concierge, or service operations environments, Experience managing multiple teams or departments preferred

What You'll Do.

Oversee all package room operations

Ensure accurate package intake

and delivery processes

Maintain package room cleanliness

and efficiency standards

Monitor package volume trends and operational workflows

Resolve resident package concerns and escalations

Ensure compliance with building policies

and service standards

Directly manage Package Assistant Managers and Package Assistants

Create and manage employee schedules

and develop team members

Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback

and team-oriented work environment

Assist with disciplinary action and conflict resolution

Support operational management of resident services

Coordinate service execution to ensure quality

and resident satisfaction

Partner with operations staff to maintain high service standards

Respond to resident requests

and service recovery situations

Develop and improve operational procedures and workflows

Track operational metrics

and resident satisfaction

Collaborate with leadership to improve efficiency

Maintain inventory and operational supplies

Ensure all team members uphold company standards
