Job Responsibilities** * Perform daily operational checks and monitoring of financial applications and systems. * Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate teams. * Execute scheduled maintenance tasks, system upgrades, and patching activities. * Document operational procedures, system configurations, and incident resolutions. * Assist in the deployment and configuration of new software releases and enhancements. * Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical systems. * Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth system operations. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency and reliability. * Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
