Proven experience as a Team Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Executive Assistant supporting multiple senior leaders, ideally within a technology, telecoms, or corporate environment., track record of managing complex calendars, international travel, and expenses for VP-level or equivalent stakeholders., Exceptional organisational and administrative skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail., event-management experience with a flexible and proactive approach., Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with commitment to confidentiality and professionalism., Experience working in an international, fast-paced, high-pressure environment., MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook., Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a highly motivated self-starter., English language.

**We’re looking for a Team Assistant to join us in Amsterdam** We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Team Assistant to join our Service Platforms department within Liberty Tech, based in Amsterdam. This role provides dedicated personal and administrative support to four Vice Presidents, while also serving as the operational backbone of the wider department. Day-to-day, you will manage complex diaries, coordinate international travel, process expenses, and handle all financial administration for the department – acting as the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Beyond VP support, you will drive team logistics, coordinate events, support onboarding, and act as the central point of contact across Service Platforms for anything operational. This is a high-trust, high-impact role.
