Role: **P2P Supervisor|Finance & Accounting BPO** Location:**Wroclaw (hybrid)** **Lead and shape a P2P operation — with real ownership.** We are looking for an experienced P2P leader to join our Finance & Accounting BPO organization in Wrocław. In this role, you will take responsibility for end-to-end P2P operations across EMEA and lead a team delivering high-quality services to international stakeholders. This position is designed for someone who has already worked in complex P2P environments and is comfortable taking ownership of both **performance and continuous improvement** \- not just maintaining existing processes. **What you will be responsible for** **Operational leadership** * Leading and developing a P2P team supporting EMEA operations * Ensuring service delivery in line with SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards * Managing workload planning, staffing, and team organization * Creating clarity of expectations and driving consistent team performance **Process improvement & performance** * Monitoring process performance and identifying improvement areas * Taking action on inefficiencies and recurring issues (not just reporting) * Supporting initiatives related to standardization and automation * Ensuring smooth and accurate month-end closing execution **Stakeholder collaboration** * Building strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders * Acting as a reliable partner for the client and business functions * Supporting transitions, migrations, and process stabilization initiatives **Governance & compliance** * Ensuring alignment with internal poli
