What They're Looking For.
Must Have
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field, 5+ years of experience in the Purchase to Pay (P2P) area, Minimum 3 years of management or supervisory experience in a matrix organization, Experience working in a control-focused / SOX-compliant environment, Practical, hands-on experience with SAP, Advanced skills in Excel, Fluency in English
Nice to Have
Prior experience managing an offshore service team, Experience with reporting/data mining tools
What You'll Do.
Provide end-to-end view of Purchase to Pay services
Drive delivery and performance of Purchase to Pay
Oversee day-to-day BPO and internal operations
Develop action plans for red KPIs
Escalate operational issues via GFS governance
Partner with Europe Finance
Resolve issues and improve P2P performance
Collaborate with P2P GPO team
Implement global process improvements
Embed global process improvements
Implement tool improvements
Embed tool improvements
Ensure BPOs follow standard practices
Ensure consistent service delivery
Manage process-related admin tasks
Approve roles for BPO teams
Ensure risk management
Ensure compliance with internal controls
Ensure compliance with regulations
Act as escalation point for invoice/payment issues
Prepare Finance Board materials
Present Finance Board materials
Support global projects
