Full Job Description
_**Fixed-Term contract for 1 year**_ We are looking for a P2P Service Delivery Lead (SDL) to manage P2P Pharma Operations organization from the Europe Hub in Poznan. This includes oversight and responsibility for the services delivered by P2P GSK Operations Centre (GOC) in Bucharest and the P2P GSK Operations Centers in India. This role will require knowledge and understanding of P2P end-to-end processes, projects as well as BPO oversight for activities performed remotely via a Service provider (BPO). **_Key Responsibilities:_** * Provide an end-to-end view of Purchase to Pay services across Europe delivered by BPO and Help hubs. * Drive delivery and performance of Purchase to Pay services across European organizations. * Oversee day-to-day BPO and internal operations, including KPIs/SLAs design, monitoring, issue resolution, and action plans for red KPIs. * Escalate operational issues via established GFS governance when required. * Partner with Europe Finance, P2P SMEs, and vendors to resolve issues and improve P2P performance. * Collaborate with the P2P GPO team to implement and embed global process and tool improvements. * Ensure BPOs follow standard practices and consistent service delivery aligned with GSK policies, tools, and processes. * Manage process-related admin and access tasks, including role approvals for BPO teams and payment approvals. * Ensure robust BCP, risk management, and compliance with internal controls and regulations through appropriate policies and procedures. * Act as escalation point for invoice/payment issues, manage stakeholders, prepare/present Finance Board materials, lead people and performance, and support global projects. _**Basic Qualifications:**_ * University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field. * 5+ years of experience in the Purchase to Pay (P2P) area. * Minimum 3 years of management or supervisory experience in a matrix organization. * Experience working in a control-focused / SOX-compliant environment.
