This position is for an Industrial Engineer who will join the Manufacturing support team at the Collins Aerospace Bellevue facility. Primary responsibility will be to support the lean manufacture of avionics electronics equipment. Collins Aerospace Bellevue offers great opportunities for working in a team oriented, fast paced, positive work environment. **What You Will Do:** * Add and maintain automated equipment * Provide industrial engineering support to production build and testing of avionics electronics equipment. * Lead continuous improvement initiatives and projects using the CORE methodology * Identify drivers of cost and propose alternative solutions for cost reductions. * Perform cost analysis and trade-offs. * Estimate costs and participate in preparation of proposals and presentations. * P
