**Job Description Summary** To support the development of P&O processes, principles, and guidelines for a small client group, as well as coordinate data analysis and evaluation, in support of the implementation and/or maintenance of processes / services / continuous improvement in scope. **Job Description** Sandoz continues to go through an exciting and transformative period as a global leader and pioneering provider of sustainable Biosimilar and Generic medicines. Join us, the future is ours to shape! ## Key Responsibilities * Support the operational delivery of P&O strategic objectives for a defined client group. * Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of P&O services, processes, principles, and standards. * Provide guidance, consulting, and training to customers and users on P&O Services topics. * Handle standard service requests, user inquiries, troubleshooting, and user administration (e.g. access management). * Track and analyze service requests, issues, error messages, and questions in collaboration with next-level support or experts. * Support service planning, service evaluation, and periodic cost and efficiency analyses to meet productivity objectives. * Support personnel cost budgeting processes and cost control activities. * Contribute to P&O Services projects at country or BU level. ## Experience, Skills & Requirements * Proven experience in Operations Management and Execution. * Solid knowledge of HR Operations, HR Service Delivery, and P&O Services and Payroll. * Experience with HRIS, SDM, and Identity & Access Management (IAM). * Understanding of employee lifecycle topics, including onboarding and employee experience. * Ability to support data analysis, evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives. * High curiosity and customer-oriented mindset, with strong problem-solving skills. * S
