What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma in Human Resources management or Industrial Psychology, 3 - 5 Human Resources experience, HR generalist experience essential, Computer literate for role including SAP HR
Nice to Have
Post Graduate Degree Human Resources management or Industrial Psychology is desirable, Experience in mining or related environment advantageous, Knowledge and experience with Navigator+ and the Electronic Manning Board (EMB) will be an added advantage
What You'll Do.
Maintenance of all P&O practices

Provide advice and support to employees and line managers on a broad range of people & organisation related matters
Supports line managers and employees by providing credible Employee Relations advice and support
Ensures effective implementation of Talent Management
performance management and Employee Benefits processes
Provides talent-sourcing support
Supports the implementation of the approved operational blueprints and guard against unplanned labour resources
Engages and supports line managers in reducing labour unavailability
Supports the planning and implementation of Team + Process
Implement operational effective Onboarding and off boarding
Maintain accurate employee data ensuring accurate reporting
Implement a purpose-driven

Ensure compliance to Valterra Platinum internal and external regulatory
