What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Leadership Development, or a related field, 5+ years in leadership roles, specifically leading global teams or communities of experts, Expertise in organizational design and driving large-scale change transformations, Proven ability to consult on organizational performance, leadership development, team dynamics and adult learning, Agile mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and influence stakeholders across a matrixed environment

Lead the Global Consulting Practice of Organizational Development (OD) professionals
Support leaders with organizational design
cultural shaping and transformation
Co-create strategies with business leaders to support large-scale enterprise transformation
Build consulting capabilities across the organization
Foster a network of experts
ensuring constant knowledge transfer and the exchange of best practices globally
Drive harmonization of processes and define high-quality standards and KPIs for the practice
Catalyze action by forming agile teams to deliver on high-priority initiatives
Coach and develop chapter members
ensuring a diverse and ready pipeline of talent
