What You'll Do.

Design insurance programs

Market insurance programs

Implement insurance programs

Conduct strategic planning meetings with clients

Recommend risk management programs

Coordinate services between client and insurance company

Provide day-to-day consulting

Provide client advice

Function as Engagement Leader

Delegate tasks to others

Manage tasks performed by others

Develop knowledge of client's business

Identify client's exposure to loss

Identify means to address loss

Identify tolerance to risk retention

Identify service needs and protocols

Develop marketing plan

Create insurance specifications

Negotiate with underwriters

Create insurance proposals

Compare competitive insurance program options

Recommend best program for clients

Link risk identification

and service techniques

Develop alternative program design strategies

Monitor risk transfer process

Complete Renewal Information Request

Develop and maintain relationships with underwriters

Develop and maintain relationships with service providers

Keep abreast of changing market conditions

Keep abreast of innovations

Develop and maintain client service plans

Manage mid-term changes

Assist in Stewardship reviews

Respond to client requests

Follow through on delegated responsibilities

Provide leadership to others on team
