S. Intelligence Community. We are seeking a highly qualified P-3 Orion Flight Engineer Instructor to support a critical aviation training mission in a professional government-contractor environment. In this role, the selected candidate will provide classroom and simulator instruction to P-3 flight engineer students, evaluate student proficiency, and support the development and maintenance of training materials, exams, and simulator scenarios. This position plays a key role in ensuring personnel are trained to the highest standards in accordance with applicable operational procedures and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities Include: Delivering instruction on P-3 Orion aircraft systems, procedures, and flight engineer operations Conducting training in classroom and simulator environments Evaluating student knowledge, competency, and proficiency Supporting the development and maintenance of lesson plans, quizzes, exams, and grade sheets Creating realistic, mission-relevant training
