What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field OR equivalent experience, Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Basic understanding of payroll concepts or interest in learning
Nice to Have
Exposure to US payroll operations, Familiarity with payroll systems such as ADP GlobalView, ADP EV5, or similar, Interest in developing analytical skills related to payroll data and compliance, Attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data, Communication and organizational skills, Ability to follow established procedures and seek guidance when needed
What You'll Do.
and review basic information related to
Support preparation of simple payroll corrections or entries
Draft initial versions of process documents
Draft initial versions of employee communications
Maintain accurate and organized case documentation
Perform basic data checks to confirm earnings and
Assist with routine reporting related to the Overpayment
Assist with simple reconciliations related to the Overpayment
Prepare materials needed for audit activities
Gather data for audit activities
Complete assigned tasks for audit activities
Monitor case information routed through work flow systems
Escalate discrepancies to senior team members
Assist in tracking BOT-processed items
Flag potential issues for review
Respond to routine employee and stakeholder inquiries
Provide status updates to HR
Identify recurring questions or simple issues
Share observations with the team
Participate in training
Participate in knowledge sessions
Participate in improvement discussions
