The Distribution Center (DC) Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of department operations including planning, organizing, and monitoring the receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping functions to ensure a smooth and consistent operation. The DC Supervisor provides support to employees and, at the discretion of DC leadership, other departments as necessary. What Will You Be Doing? · Identify and coordinate daily activities to achieve desired results in productivity, teamwork, safety, quality, and job knowledge. · Oversee all aspects of the distribution center to ensure the products are processed and delivered in an accurate and timely manner. · Provide day-to-day direction and development to hourly staff to include coaching, counseling, career development, and corrective actions. · Conduct annual performance appraisals and provide continued feedback on overall performance. · Interview and hire new employees. · Collaborate across departments to drive optimal productivity. · Analyze business and performance trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies. · Foster an environment in which diverse backgrounds are respected and valued. · Respond to employee needs, including professionalism, respect, and consideration of others. · Manage difficult employee situations in a professional manner. What Are We Looking For? · Bachelor's Degree Preferred · 4-6 years of warehouse experience · 1-3 years as a lead or supervisor · Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus. · Should be able to read, write, and have sufficient ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information and verbally communicate with customers. · Demonstrated ability to follow directions and change priorities or job duties as business needs require. · Exhibits sound and accurate judgment. · Demonstrates flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to change in the work environment. · Demonstrates accura
