Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
Maintain customer satisfaction
Implement/ensure compliance with federal and state pharmacy laws
Maintain compliance with operational guidelines/procedures
Document professional communications/interactions
Evaluate prescriptions for clinical appropriateness
Participate in quality assurance activities
Provide clinical guidance/support
Work with other healthcare team members/pharmacy staff
