Ensure production relative to new business lines undergoes
Complete ancillary housekeeping pharmacy tasks
Input medication rejects
Oversee medication substitutions
Answer clinical questions
Provide clinical guidance
Facilitate proper resolution and reporting
Collate pharmacy information
Deliver pharmacy information to distribution team
Ensure compliance with company procedures
Ensure compliance with Federal/State laws
Maintain customer satisfaction
