What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1-3 years of previous supervisory experience required, Excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating and follow-up skills, Ability to work with and maintain effective working relationships with other departments, Effective communication skills (oral and written), Competent in performing basic mathematical calculations, computer skills, with the ability to work in Windows-based systems, Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet established deadlines, Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons

What You'll Do.
Direct and oversee warehouse operations
Supervise warehouse specialists
order pickers and forklift
Manage daily freight schedule
Responsible for daily scheduling of warehouse personnel
Ensure proper manning to ship and receive products
Direct day-to-day activities of the warehouse
Responsible for warehouse as it pertains to Storage Buy transactions
Responsible for receiving errors
Responsible for staging of products
Responsible for maintenance of warehouse equipment
Provide preventive maintenance programs
Communicate necessary repairs
Ensure warehouse personnel have safe
Responsible for warehouse safety programs
Provide a safe and clean workplace
Ensure associates are trained
Ensure associates are following standard operating procedures
Responsible for progressive disciplinary process
Handle general employee inquiries
Solve employee problems
Complete necessary Activity Reports
Monitor flow of paperwork
Resolve discrepancies with shipping
Resolve discrepancies with invoices
Resolve discrepancies with packing slips
Resolve discrepancies with receiver reports
Responsible for execution of Storage Buy Audit COP
Ensure products are staged for counting
Ensure products are staged for inspection
Ensure products are stored properly
Comply with safety procedures
Oversee rotation of inventories
Perform other related duties
