What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1-3 years of previous supervisory experience required, Ability to work with and maintain effective working relationships with other departments, Competent in performing basic mathematical calculations, computer skills, with the ability to work in Windows-based systems, Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet established deadlines, Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons
Nice to Have
preferably in a warehouse or distribution center environment
What You'll Do.
Direct and oversee warehouse operations
Supervise warehouse specialists
Supervise order pickers
Supervise forklift operators
Manage daily freight schedule
Responsible for daily scheduling of warehouse personnel
Direct day-to-day activities of the warehouse
Responsible for warehouse as it pertains to Storage Buy transactions
Responsible for maintenance of warehouse equipment
Responsible for warehouse safety programs
Ensure all associates are trained and following SOPs
Responsible for progressive disciplinary process
Handle general employee inquiries
Coordinate with other departments
Complete necessary Activity Reports
Monitor flow of paperwork
Resolve discrepancies with shipping
Responsible for execution of Storage Buy Audit COP
Ensure products are staged for counting
Ensure products are stored properly
Oversee rotation of inventories
Perform other related duties
