Must Have
1-3 years of previous supervisory experience required, Excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating and follow-up skills, Ability to work with and maintain effective working relationships with other departments in the company, Effective communication skills (oral and written), Competent in performing basic mathematical calculations, computer skills, with the ability to work in Windows-based systems, Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet established deadlines, Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons

What You'll Do.
Direct and oversee warehouse operations
Supervise warehouse specialists
order pickers and forklift
Manage daily freight schedule
Schedule warehouse personnel for proper manning
Ensure productive and cost-efficient shipping and receiving
Direct day-to-day warehouse activities
Oversee warehouse Storage Buy transactions
Manage receiving errors and product staging
Maintain warehouse equipment
Provide preventive maintenance programs
Communicate necessary repairs
Ensure safe and efficient equipment for personnel
Implement warehouse safety programs
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
Train associates on standard operating procedures
Implement progressive disciplinary process
Handle employee inquiries and solve problems
Complete necessary Activity Reports
Monitor paperwork flow for data entry
Resolve discrepancies with shipping
Execute Storage Buy Audit COP
Ensure products are staged for counting
Ensure products are stored properly
Oversee inventory rotation
Perform other related duties
