Must Have
1-3 years of previous supervisory experience required, Excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating and follow-up skills, Ability to work with and maintain effective working relationships with other departments in the company, Effective communication skills (oral and written), Competent in performing basic mathematical calculations, computer skills, with the ability to work in Windows-based systems, Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet established deadlines, Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons

What You'll Do.
Direct and oversee warehouse operations
Supervise warehouse specialists
order pickers and forklift
Manage daily freight schedule
Responsible for daily scheduling of warehouse personnel
Ensure proper manning for shipping and receiving
Direct day-to-day warehouse activities
Responsible for warehouse as it pertains to Storage Buy transactions
Responsible for maintenance of warehouse equipment
Provide preventive maintenance programs
Communicate necessary repairs
Ensure warehouse personnel have safe
Responsible for warehouse safety programs
Ensure associates are trained and following SOPs
Responsible for progressive disciplinary process
Handle general employee inquiries and solve problems
Coordinate with other departments for efficient operations
Complete necessary Activity Reports for management
Monitor flow of paperwork from Receiving to Inventory Control
Resolve discrepancies with shipping
Responsible for execution of Storage Buy Audit COP
Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection
Ensure products are stored properly
Oversee rotation of inventories within the warehouse
Perform other related duties as directed
