What You'll Do.
and implements resident services
Acts as an information source for residents
Greets prospects and residents
Ensures comforts of prospects and visitors
Routes calls to appropriate team member
Maintains guest suite schedule
Ensures clubhouse amenities are tour ready
Keeps detailed information on local area
Maintains relationships with concierge vendors
Manages package deliveries
Notifies residents of package deliveries
Maintains tracking logs for services
Assists with scheduling resident activities
Plans and organizes resident activities
