Following the GYG recipe guide, your role will see you working with fresh ingredients and vibrant Mexican flavours, delivering quality creations for our new and loyal guests. ​ We appreciate diverse experience, but specifically, we are looking for candidates who have: * Experience in a kitchen / cooking role within a busy hospitality environment * Certificate in commercial cookery or equivalent experience * Good understanding of food safety concerns * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills We are looking for people that are available to work overnight shifts, with availability from 10pm-6am.
