What You'll Do.

Assist guest with luggage during arrival and departure

Make necessary deliveries to and pick up from guest rooms

Transport guest and hotel packages and parcels

Greet guests and escort them to their rooms

Deliver luggage to room upon check-in

Pick up luggage from room upon departure

Maintain proper records of deliveries and pick-ups

Handle all guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism

Accommodate special requests

Resolve customer complaints

Assist customers in all inquiries

Collect guest requests for morning newspapers

Place newspapers in bags and deliver

Greet all guest passing through lobby

Offer guests assistance

Comply with Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct

Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers

Perform errands for guests and the hotel
