## **Job Description** **Overhaul Business Engineer** **(f/m/d)** **Why Rolls-Royce?** An exciting opportunity has arisen in **Arnstadt near Erfurt** for an **Overhaul Business Engineer (f/m/d)** to join our team and be based in N3EOS to support the repair and overhaul programme for Rolls-Royce Trent 700, 900, XWB, 1000-TEN engines. You will also: * manage subject engines in the shop to achieve business requirements in terms of quality, cost, delivery and lead-time, * evaluate and report service-run engine part conditions, * identify and analyse both engineering and commercial trends, * Provide quality assurance support to the shop and to Rolls-Royce Customer teams, * participate in engineering investigations as required, * ensure operational activity is compliant with business plans and policies and resolve deviations as necessary, * work as part of a multi-skilled team and contribute across a range of functi
