What You'll Do.
Operate and adjust oven controls
Monitor oil levels and perform checks
Ensure product meets quality indicators
Follow safety regulations
Meet GMP and quality standards
Maintain efficient product flow
Check bake weight every 15 minutes
Conduct moisture checks every 30 minutes
Notify Crew Lead of difficulties
Communicate with previous and following shifts
