Come be part of Inetum! We are looking for an Outsystems Senior Developer/Tech Lead. The profile we are looking for should have Backend, Frontend and Data Base knowledge, as well as ODC strong experience This person needs to have at least 7-10 years of working experience with Outsystems, in full-dedicated developer role or Tech Lead. Key Responsibilities: * Actively collaborate with business analysts (BAs) and Product Owner to understand requirements and use cases. * Propose technical solutions and actively contribute to decision-making. * Work closely with an 6-member team to create and enhance the internal management solution. * Report progress and align with the team lead on project milestones. * Collaborate in a restructuration roadmap as a Senior member, ensuring: * Code Quality and Maintainability * Well Structured Data Base * Design and Architecture Quality * Mentoring/Coaching Junior and Mid-level colleagues ## Qualifications * Outsystems * Javascript * CSS * SQL * REST API * C# (optional) * Critical Thinking * Cooperation and Team Work * Experience working in Agile environments * Autonomous * Solution-oriented and User-centric approach * Excellent Communication ## Additional Information - Speak english is mandatory
