5 years’ experience on his/her working unit or other relevant experience, Participation in at least one complete game production or equivalent, Collaborate with external partners or outsourcing vendors on creative deliverables, Ability to manage and communicate effectively with external outsourcing partners, Excellent artistic and technical skills (concept art, illustration, high-resolution sculpting/modeling, user interface design), Ability to work as part of a team, Leadership, Time and priority management, Ability to assemble productive teams, Good interpersonal and communication skills, Flexibility in organizing work, Resourcefulness in problem-solving, Stress and change management skills, Sense of initiative, Knowledge of the technical constraints of real time, 3D engines and level editors, Knowledge of the tools used by team members
Nice to Have
Certification in project management or equivalent, Project management knowledge
What You'll Do.
Convey high expectations to outsourcing partners
Supervise and approve work completed by outsourcing partners
Provide clear and actionable feedback to vendors
Ensure that elements produced comply with vision
Support the implementation of seasonal artistic styles
Support the translation of concept art
Ensure that outsourced 3D assets remain visually consistent
Ensure that outsourced assets comply with technical requirements
Contribute to the development and maintenance of quality benchmarks
Collaborate with Technical Artists and outsourcing partners
