High School diploma or GED preferred, Must adhere to regular and predictable attendance, Must be 18 years of age, Have a valid driver’s license, Requires standing for extended periods, Able to work in all weather conditions, Requires computer data entry skills, Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
What You'll Do.
Secure all gates and buildings
Notify authorities in case of emergency
Verify only authorized individuals enter property
Provide facility directions
Check departing vehicles
Greet customers at the gate
Provide prompt and courteous service
Resolve customer complaints
De-escalate situations
Input vehicle information
Verify VIN number matches Bill of Lading
Watch and report irregularities
Account for and identify all keys
Maintain a current list of emergency numbers
Maintain good operating condition of equipment
Notify management of breakdowns
Notify management of maintenance needs
Maintain a professional appearance
Maintain an orderly work environment
Practice and promote teamwork
