We are looking for driven, personable professionals who build meaningful community connections and are driven by uncapped sales bonus potential. Compensation & Perks We believe top talent deserves a "best-of-both-worlds" pay structure: a reliable base salary paired with uncapped sales bonus potential. On-Target Earnings (OTE): This role has an OTE of $75,000 annually (composed of a $33,750 base salary + on target sales bonus). Total Earning Potential: With our uncapped performance-based incentives and accelerators, total annual earning potential typically ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 for high-performing representatives. To provide stability while you build your pipeline, new hires receive a $3,000 in guaranteed sales bonus upon completion of their first 60 days, with no minimum sales threshold.
