We support customers across a wide range of industries by delivering both prototype and production parts through advanced manufacturing solutions. Our differentiation includes robust quality certifications, an in-house metrology lab, supplier quality engineers, and disciplined quality systems that allow us to support customers from early development through full-scale production. Role Overview The Outside Sales Representative – New Business Development is responsible exclusively for developing new customer accounts by selling prototype and production manufacturing solutions to customers across multiple industries. This role is a true outside sales position focused on relationship-building, consultative selling, and long-term partnerships. The successful candidate will work to understand each customer’s technical requirements, business goals, and production needs, positioning Qualdoc MFG as a trusted manufacturing partner—not just a supplier. Sales territories are assigned based on geographic location and existing (legacy) relationships of the applicant. ## Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and develop new customer accounts across a variety of industries Sell prototype and production manufacturing solutions, including machining, injection molding, and additive manufacturing (3D printing) Build strong relationships with customers and become a trusted partner in meeting their production needs Understand customer design, quality, and delivery requirements and align them with Qualdoc MFG capabilities Conduct in-person and virtual sales meetings, plant tours, and technical discussions Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and capability ove
