3 years of industry-related outside field sales experience

Experience and success within the Hospitality and or the Multifamily vertical, Proven sales experience in a distribution and/or manufacturing environment, problem-solving skills, leadership skills, active listening skills, Self-motivated, ability to multi-task, learn quickly, retain information, Driven to meet objectives, solid communication skills, time management skills, organizational skills

Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors
Grow share of wallet spend with customers
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Perform product quotations
Resolve customer issues
Analyze competition within the territory
Improve sales skills and product knowledge
Document all sales activities in CRM
