Must Have
4 years of outside sales experience within the industry, Experience in MultiFamily, Hospitality, Senior Living or Education Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) and Renovations, Proven success working with Property Managers, Regional Managers, Facility/Maintenance Supervisors, and Maintenance Technicians, Demonstrated ability to use data, analytics, and CRM tools to drive sales growth and manage pipeline performance, Consultative selling skills, Self-motivated, Results-oriented, Comfortable working independently in a field-based role, Problem-solving skills, Active listening skills, Time management skills, Organizational skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Overall digital literacy

Ferguson is seeking an experienced **Outside Sales Representative-Facilities Supply** with experience in MultiFamily, Hospitality, Senior Living or Education Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) and Renovations experience to manage and grow an existing customer portfolio while actively developing new business in the Chicagoland Market. A fuel card, auto allowance, travel and expense card, company cell phone & laptop will be provided. The ideal candidate is consultative and data-driven, with a solid understanding of MRO solutions and a proven ability to grow share of wallet by building trusted relationships with Property Managers, Regional Managers, and Maintenance teams.
