3+ years of sales experience, with proven success in B2B relationship development, Automotive industry knowledge or related experience, Basic proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Valid BC driver’s license and ability to travel locally (90%; company vehicle provided)
Nice to Have
Post-secondary education in Business or a related field is an asset
What You'll Do.
building and maintaining quality business relationships with existing and new customers
implementing National
and District-level sales development initiatives
promoting NAPA auto parts and programs
gathering market intelligence and reporting service or product issues
making pricing recommendations on accounts
assisting in collections and in ensuring accounts adhere to buying conditions
Call on automotive service providers (mechanical and body shops) to sell NAPA auto parts
Implement sales development plans and support District and Regional strategies and objectives re: deployment of marketing programs and promotions
develop sales development plans for growing business with existing customers in their assigned territory
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with various sales teams at the regional and corporate levels; Collaborate with District Sales Manager and Store managers; report service or product issues to assigned store managers and district sales manager
