What You'll Do.
building and maintaining quality business relationships with existing and new customers
implementing National
and District-level sales development initiatives
promoting NAPA auto parts and programs
gathering market intelligence and reporting service or product issues
making pricing recommendations on accounts
assisting in collections and in ensuring accounts adhere to buying conditions
Call on automotive service providers (mechanical and body shops) to sell NAPA auto parts
Implement sales development plans and support District and Regional strategies and objectives re: deployment of marketing programs and promotions
develop sales development plans for growing business with existing customers in their assigned territory

You are accountable for building and maintaining quality business relationships with existing and new customers by implementing National, Regional, and District-level sales development initiatives and promoting NAPA auto parts and programs. The Outside Sales Representative helps keep NAPA abreast of customer behavior, competitive threats, and market trends. You will participate in developing and refining sales development initiatives at the district level. This is a regular, full-time position located in Victoria, BC. Compensation & Benefits: Annual salary of $70,000 – $77,300, plus eligibility for a 25% performance-based bonus and a company vehicle.
