What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience, 2+ years of direct sales experience, Valid driver’s license in good standing and proof of auto insurance, Experience in project management, Experience in new business development, Experience in customer retention, Proven success using a solution-selling approach, Ability to succeed in a high-volume sales environment
Nice to Have
Familiarity with equipment rental or HVAC industries
What You'll Do.
Renting and selling portable air conditioners
and temporary heaters within an assigned territory
Growing and managing a territory by developing new business and expanding existing customer relationships
Partnering closely with teams across Sunbelt’s General Tool and Specialty Divisions to deliver turnkey
multi-solution rentals
Working hand-in-hand with internal Sales Reps and Managers to drive deeper customer penetration and maximize opportunities
Serving as a trusted advisor
using a solutions-based approach to recommend the right products for each unique customer challenge
