Full Job Description

Ability to review, maintain and execute on metrics including KPIs and reports. Must be able to physically visit locations including job sites or customer businesses within an assigned territory. Adaptable and agile to quickly learn new and changing technologies and processes Embodies EquipmentShare mission and culture Adherence to all company employee policies Regular and reliable attendance Other duties as assigned by management Education and Experience: Minimum 3+ years of building material and lumber sales experience, preferably in outside sales. Previous sales experience in the construction industry is preferred but not required General knowledge of the construction industry is a plus. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Effective organizational, time management, detail orientation, and problem solving abilities Effective and consistent communication skills with internal and external customers Ability to adapt quickly, thrive and succeed in a fast-paced environment. Ability to understand how to drive and meet monthly sales objections. Must be able to drive and maintain a valid driver’s license. Inherent desire to learn and develop on an individual basis. Strive for continuous improvement. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer for up to 10 hours a day Prolonged periods of standing during times of the workday Must be able to lift up to 50+ pounds at times.
