High school diploma or Equivalent, Appropriate Funeral Director License in Specific States Only, Complete PAA Curriculum Certification Dignity University, 3-5 years in transferable experience
Nice to Have
2-5 years of Business to Consumer, Inside Homes/Remote Sales experience, 1-2 years of industry experience, Experience with in-home and/or seminar based sales
What You'll Do.
Convert Company provided leads into sales
Maintain a network of customers
Build and maintain a network of sources
Identify new sales leads
Communicate with customers and leads
Identify and understand customer needs
Suggest products and services
Demonstrate product functions and utility
Ensure customer satisfaction
Resolve post-sale issues
Use SalesForce or applicable CRM system daily
Attend daily/ weekly/monthly calls
Report appointments to Sales Manager
Comply with industry compliance
