What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school education or equivalent, 1-2 years of college or equivalent experience, Current state/province issued driver’s license, Acceptable driving record, First 30 days of employment complete PAA Curriculum Certification Dignity University, California Limited Life Individual Agent License, Computer skills: 1 year, Own a cell phone, Reliable transportation
Nice to Have
2-5 years of Business to Consumer, Inside Homes/Remote Sales experience, 1-2 years of industry experience, 3-5 years in transferable experience, Experience with in-home and/or seminar-based sales, Experience working on a tablet
What You'll Do.
Maintain a network of customers from company-provided leads
Build and maintain a network of sources for
Communicate with customers to identify needs
Suggest products and services to meet needs
Demonstrate product functions and utility to customers
Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication
Resolve post-sale issues
Use SalesForce or applicable CRM system daily
Use iPad to complete prearrangements electronically
monthly sales and appointments
Comply with industry compliance during sales process
Maintain and track activity levels for productivity
Remain flexible with schedule to achieve goals
Establish and maintain business relationships with client families
Respond to client inquiries
Stay in touch with customers to ensure satisfaction
Prepare for all appointments
Perform all procedures with professionalism and attention to
Provide service beyond expectations
Build trust-based relationships to earn referrals
