Must Have
Minimum three (3) years outside sales experience, Possess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systems, Must possess a Valid Driver’s License
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree, highly preferred, experience with entry door systems, experience with automatic door systems, Experience with Blue Prints/Plans and Specs highly desired
What You'll Do.
Meet with decision makers
Influence the purchase of commercial doors
Communicate with customers
Develop sales opportunities
Cultivate sales within commercial and industrial buildings owners/managers
Cultivate sales within hospitals
Cultivate sales within colleges
Cultivate sales within K-12
Cultivate sales within municipalities
Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance
accurate estimates and proposals
Meet with existing and prospective customers
Assess customers’ needs
Sell technical and mechanical goods and services
Develop scope of work for each proposal
Handle every detail from initial call to closing
Follow up quickly to close customer projects
Participate in project management
Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
