Frequent travel to patient service centers, Ability to operate a motor vehicle, Sitting up to 6 hours per day, Standing up to 8 hours a day, Continuous use of fingers and hands, Frequent twisting and turning, Frequent stooping, bending, crouching and reaching above shoulder level, Seeing as it relates to normal and peripheral vision, Hearing as it relates to normal conversation and telephone use, Occasional lifting, carrying and pulling objects up to 25lbs, Ability to push up to 250 lbs in a wheelchair
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years phlebotomy experience in a hospital or medical office setting, Highly competent in registration procedures and insurance processing, Computer experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Nice to Have
Associate college degree, Previous experience working as a medical registrar, Knowledge of medical terminology
What You'll Do.
Assist with daily operational requirements
Triage/problem solve operational issues
Coordinate day-to-day activities
Support departmental compliance requirements
Provide 'at the elbow' training
Support departmental performance initiatives
Conduct at the elbow skill coaching
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work in partnership with Staffing Schedule Coordinator; Coordinates with other Coordinators, Supervisors, and managers
