Performs other duties, coverages, and responsibilities as appointed by the sports medicine management team. Functions effectively as a member of the sports medicine team. Supports the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta mission. Proactively supports efforts that ensure delivery of safe patient care and services and promote a safe environment at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and contracted work setting. **Experience** * 1 year of preferred experience working with athletes in variety of sports **Preferred Qualifications** * N/A **Education** * Bachelor’s degree or entry level Master’s degree in related field from an accredited program **Certification Summary** * Certified by NATA’s board of certification * Maintains current licensure by the state of Georgia or eligible to apply * Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification **Knowledge, Skills & Abilities** * Clinical competencies in treatment aspects for sports medicine patients * Adhere to NATA best practices, and state laws of practice related to athletic training in Georgia * Willing to work a flexible schedule and perform a variety of work related tasks as needed
