What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, Current appropriate state licensure, Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification, Minimum of 9 months experience as a RN, Minimum of 3 months experience in chronic/acute hemodialysis as a RN

Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience
What You'll Do.
Perform ongoing patient data collection
Document patient data in medical record
Adjust or modify treatment plan
Notify Team Leader or Physician
Assess patient/family learning needs
Provide education to patients and family
Direct provision of hemodialysis therapy
Administer medications as prescribed
Document medical justification and effectiveness
Initiate emergency response measures
Assist with emergency response measures
Serve as resource for health care team
Participate in staff training
Ensure correct laboratory collection procedures
Process laboratory collections
Ship laboratory collections
Reschedule missed laboratory collections
Identify expected outcomes
Document nursing assessment
Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team
Ensure patient awareness of transplant options
Ensure patient awareness of treatment modality options
