Must Have
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, Current appropriate state licensure, Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification, Meet practice requirements in state employed, Minimum of 9 months experience as a RN, Minimum of 3 months experience in chronic/acute hemodialysis as a RN

What You'll Do.
Perform ongoing patient data collection
Document patient data in medical record
Adjust treatment plan as indicated
Notify Team Leader of changes
Assess patient/family learning needs
Provide education to patients and family
Direct delivery of hemodialysis therapy
Administer medications as prescribed
Document medical justification for medications
Initiate emergency response measures
Assist with emergency response measures
Serve as resource for health care team
Participate in staff training
Participate in orientation of new staff
Ensure correct laboratory procedures
Reschedule missed laboratory collections
Identify expected patient outcomes
Document nursing assessment
Ensure patient awareness of options
Complete CAP requirements to advance
