What You'll Do.

Ensure outlets operate in line with Four Seasons

and anticipatory service

Review daily guest feedback

Lead immediate service recovery

Maintain floor presence during peak operations

Manage outlet P&L performance

Monitor food & beverage cost percentages

Drive upselling culture

Ensure correct revenue posting in Micros / Opera

Support budgeting and forecasting process

Conduct daily briefings and weekly outlet meetings

Ensure execution of 5-10-5 training plan

Drive EOM nominations and recognition culture

Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions

Ensure SOP compliance across all outlets

Oversee beverage inventory accuracy and cost control

Ensure smooth coordination between Kitchen

Enforce HACCP and food safety standards

Become the EHC Champion for F&B Service

Ensure responsible alcohol service

Monitor grooming and uniform standards
