Full Job Description

Find your fit — and your future. **About the Job** * You’ll support the **Outlet Merchandising team** in the seasonal assortment process — from briefing to in‑season management. * You’ll help build and maintain **sell‑in and sell‑through tools** tailored to the outlet business. * You’ll analyze **performance results** (sell‑out / assortment trends / store performance) and create clear, visual reports to support decision‑making. * You’ll assist in the **organization of outlet range plans** , product presentations, and internal meetings. * You’ll support **product training preparation** , including downloads and merchandising materials for outlet teams. * You’ll learn to work with tools such as **Tableau, Power BI, Assortify** , and other internal merchandising systems. * You’ll conduct **competitive benchmark assessments** relevant to the outlet channel. * You’ll support the **broader merchandising team** when needed, collaborating across categories and channels to ensure smooth processes and alignment. * * You’ll support in the analysis of understanding how **excess stock flows** & impact the outlet channel, and how merchandising decisions help optimize inventory and product lifecycle. **About You** * You hold a degree in Business Management, Fashion, Retail, Marketing, or related studies, or you have graduated within the last year. * You’re passionate about fashion and eager to learn more about merchandising within the outlet environment. * You communicate comfortably and effectively with colleagues and cross‑functional partners. * You’re proficient in **PowerPoint, Excel & AI** and familiar with Adobe tools. * You have a hands‑on mentality, enjoy problem‑solving, and are alway
