Must Have
Proven experience as Outlet Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in upscale or luxury, Understanding of P&L and cost control, Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop, Commercial mindset with focus on revenue, Excellent communication and problem-solving, Fluency in English and Portuguese, Ability to perform in high-volume, fast-paced environments
Nice to Have
Pre-opening experience is a plus
What You'll Do.
Manage the day-to-day operations of Sel d'Ipanema Beach
Ensure service excellence aligned with brand standards and guest expectations
Monitor and control Food & Beverage costs
Drive revenue growth through upselling
and operational improvements
Supervise reservation flow and optimize seating
Maintain strict inventory control and support purchasing
Ensure compliance with health
and sanitation standards
Monitor guest satisfaction scores and online reviews
Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally
Support the F&B Manager in pre-opening activities for the hotel’s F&B division
Assist with SOP implementation
onboarding and team training
Participate in soft opening preparation and execution
