Job Description Purpose To produce and ensure completion of all the bills supporting documents on food and beverage sales at the assign outlets Tasks * Prepare bills on the all the kitchen and beverage order tickets issued by the service staff. * Post charges to guests folios by POS machines. * Ensure that the signatures required by the guests are obtained. * Collect cash on all cash sales. * Complete bill entry sheets and other document s as necessary. * Answer the outlet telephone in the prescribe manner and provide assistance to caller. * Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming at all the time. ## Qualifications Qualifications * Passion for people and hospitality * Knowledge of Property Management System and Microsoft Office * Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal * The ability to make decisions independently and confidently * Strong attention to detail ## Additional Information Serve with Humility | Radiate Optimism | Rely on Our Family
