You will be responsible for delivering a high volume of qualified sales appointments in line with monthly targets and company expectations. This includes developing new business contacts through proactive outbound calling, structured prospecting activity, and re-engaging lapsed or reduced-spend customers. The role will involve researching and building targeted prospect lists, carrying out cold-calling campaigns to introduce Normec DETS services, qualifying opportunities, and booking appointments for Sales Managers and Junior Sales Managers. You will maintain accurate records within Microsoft Dynamics CRM, track appointments and related outcomes including quotes and revenue generated, and work closely with the sales team to support pipeline development and maximise opportunity conversion.
