Consistently meeting individual targets against vehicles listed & Pipeline conversion

Flexibility to work within the team's operating hours of 9 am-7 pm, Wednesday to Sunday, Minimum requirement of 3 days per week in the office

Experience working within a target focused environment, managing a pipeline independently, Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, A proactive and customer-focused approach, attention to detail and organizational skills, Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Comfort working with various communication channels, including phone, email, live chat, and SMS

Manage a lead pipeline
Review car listings for accuracy
